Hydraulic nuts HYDNUT

Hydraulic nuts of the series HYDNUT..-E and HYDNUT..-E-INCH with metric or inch thread are mainly used for pressing rolling bearings or other ring-shaped components with a conical bore onto their conical seat; in the case of withdrawal sleeve or clamping sleeve fastening also for disassembly.

Hydraulic nuts of the HYDNUT..-HEAVY series without thread are mainly used for joining press fits, such as gears, couplings, propellers and rudder blades in general mechanical engineering and shipbuilding.

Hydraulic nuts are used when the necessary pressing forces can no longer be applied with purely mechanical tools such as shaft nuts or pressure screws.
